Four Cheese Mac n’ Cheese with a Cheesy Crust
  • 200g Mazza Four Cheese Cream
  • 250g La Primavera Elbow Macaroni
  • ¼ cup Cooking Cream
  • ½ cup Pasta Water
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Dolce Vita Pomace Olive Oil
  • Gouda Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Prosciutto Parma Ham
  • Pinch of Salt


1. Boil the pasta till al dente and set aside. On a hot pan, pour in Dolce Vita Pomace Olive oil, butter, and garlic. Cook till garlic starts to brown. Then add in the Mazza Four Cheese cream, cooking cream, and pasta water. Season mixture with salt

2. Put the pasta in and give it a good mix so it absorbs all the flavor. Reduce the mixture till it is no longer runny. Transfer mac and cheese to serving bowl and grate fresh Gouda cheese on top of it. Place in an oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees Celsius

3. While the mac n’ cheese is baking, pan fry some Prosciutto Parma Ham till extra crispy and crush them into little bits. Once man n’ cheese finishes baking, sprinkle the Parma ham bits and fresh chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!
