Pumpkin Ravioli

Pumpkin ravioli is a mouthwatering dish that combines the earthy sweetness of pumpkin with the savory richness of cream cheese.The result is a harmonious blend of flavors that will leave you craving for more.

Ingredients QTY UOM
Spinach, chopped 1 cup
Cream Cheese 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
Bacon, chopped 2 tbsp
Onion, chopped (1 tbsp for Pumpkin Sauce, 1 tbsp for Cream Cheese) 2 tbsp
Garlic, chopped 2 tbsp
As much needed: Olive Oil
Mazza Pumpkin 1 can
As much needed: Salt & Pepper
Nutmeg 2 pinch
Milk 1/4 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Butter 1/2 tbsp
As needed: Parsley (chopped)
As needed: Parmesan Cheese



To prepare the cream cheese filling:

  1. Heat up pan in medium heat and sauté onions, garlic & bacon. Add the spinach, sauté until wilted.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix them with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.

To make ravioli using fresh pasta:

  1. Form the pasta sheet into a thin flat layer then let it rest.
  2. Form small balls of the filling and place them on the pasta sheet.
  3. Close it by adding a layer of pasta sheet at the top and cut them into squares and seal the ends with a fork. Cover with towel.
  4. Boil salted water in a pot. Cook ravioli until al dente, then set aside.

To Make the pumpkin sauce:

  1. In a hot pan, sauté onions, add the Mazza Pumpkin, milk, cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in cold butter.

To assemble:

  1. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Plate and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
