Onion, chopped (1 tbsp for Pumpkin Sauce, 1 tbsp for Cream Cheese) | 2 | tbsp |

Mazza Pumpkin | 1 | can |
As much needed: Salt & Pepper | ||
Nutmeg | 2 | pinch |
Milk | 1/4 | cup |
Cream | 1/4 | cup |
Butter | 1/2 | tbsp |
As needed: Parsley (chopped) | ||
As needed: Parmesan Cheese |
STEPS:
To prepare the cream cheese filling:
- Heat up pan in medium heat and sauté onions, garlic & bacon. Add the spinach, sauté until wilted.
- In a separate bowl, mix them with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
To make ravioli using fresh pasta:
- Form the pasta sheet into a thin flat layer then let it rest.
- Form small balls of the filling and place them on the pasta sheet.
- Close it by adding a layer of pasta sheet at the top and cut them into squares and seal the ends with a fork. Cover with towel.
- Boil salted water in a pot. Cook ravioli until al dente, then set aside.
To Make the pumpkin sauce:
- In a hot pan, sauté onions, add the Mazza Pumpkin, milk, cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in cold butter.
To assemble:
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Plate and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
