WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

| Dolce Vita Penne Rigate Pasta | 150 | g |
| Sliced Euro Rich Salami Napoli | 1/2 | cup |
| Olive Oil | 2 | tbsp. |
| Garlic (minced) | 1 | tbsp. |
| Onion (chopped) | 1/2 | cup |
| Red Bell Pepper (chopped) | 1/2 | cup |
| Chili Flakes | 1 1/2 | tsp |
| Mazza Cherry Tomatoes | 1 | can |
| Fresh Basil Leaves (as needed) | ||
| Grated Parmesan Cheese (as needed) |
STEPS:
- Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, render the Salami Napoli and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add oil and sauté garlic, onions, bell pepper, and chili flakes until soft. Once softened, add back the rendered Salami Napoli slices.
- Add in Mazza Cherry Tomatoes and simmer. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Add basil leaves and the cooked pasta. Toss until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Top with grated parmesan and serve.
