STEPS:
- Slice the Tikoy into rectangular shape. you can chill the Tikoy in the refrigerator beforehand to make slicing easier.
- Place a strip of Tikoy and a piece of mozzarella string cheese on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides, roll tightly, and seal with water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Add Toppings (Optional):
Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds for added sweetness and texture.
