WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ube Tikoy 10 thin slices
Euro Chef Mozzarella String Cheese 500g 3 pcs
Lumpia Wrappers 10 pcs
Dolce Vita Pomace Olive Oil (for frying)

Condensed Milk (for toppings)
Roasted Sesame Seeds (optional, for toppings)

 

STEPS:

  1. Slice the Tikoy into rectangular shape. you can chill the Tikoy in the refrigerator beforehand to make slicing easier.
  2. Place a strip of Tikoy and a piece of mozzarella string cheese on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides, roll tightly, and seal with water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Add Toppings (Optional):
    Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds for added sweetness and texture.
    Serve and Enjoy.
