Make bakery-perfect meringue, pavlova, macarons, and buttercream in minutes with Mery Mix, the professional-grade powder that eliminates the need for egg whites.

How to Use:
Basic Meringue Recipe:
1) Mix 300g Mery Mix with 90g water.
2) Whip for 3–5 minutes until stiff and glossy.
3) Pipe and bake for 2–3 hours at 60–80°C (140–176°F) or until fully dry.
Makes approximately 80 mini meringues (2.5 cm diameter).

Buttercream with Meringue:
1) Mix 300g Mery Mix with 90g water and whip for 3–5 minutes.
2) Gradually add 400g softened butter while mixing.
3) Continue beating for 5 more minutes until smooth.
4) Use for cake frosting or pastry filling.

Vegan Macarons:
1) Mix 350g Mery Mix with 100g water and 150g almond powder.
2) Add color dissolved in 20g water (optional).
3) Pipe and bake at 80°C (176°F) for about 1 hour until dry.
