WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Dolce Vita Balsamic Vinegar (adjust to taste) 1-2 tbsp
Dolce Vita Capers, chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic grated 2 cloves
Red Chili flakes 2 tsp
Basil leaves, chiffonade (thinly sliced) 2 pcs
Chiquilin Thyme 1/2 tsp
Grated Parmesan cheese (as much as you like)
Crusty Bread (e.g. baguette) for dipping

Burrata (optional)

 

STEPS:

  1. On a shallow plate or small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped capers, grated garlic, chili flakes, basil, thyme, and Parmesan.
  2. Mix well until evenly blended.
  3. Serve immediately with sliced crusty bread like baguette.
  4. Optional: Add burrata on the side for a richer, creamier dip.
