STEPS:
- In a bowl, combine the grated garlic, softened butter, softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, dried parsley, onion powder, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Lay a piece of cling wrap inside a bowl. Sprinkle some chopped parsley on the bottom.
- Add the cheese mixture to the bowl, shaping it into a dome.
- Chill the cheese spread in the refrigerator before serving.
