STEPS:
- In a bowl, add the Mascarpone Cream and mix until it forms soft peaks.
- To prepare the ganache, combine the whipping cream and chopped chocolate and over the double boiler, stir until fully melted.
- Prepare an espresso, then dip the ladyfingers into the coffee.
- To assemble, layer the dipped ladyfingers in a ceramic dish, followed by a layer of mascarpone and a drizzle of chocolate ganache. Repeat these layers until the dish is full.
- Finish with a layer of chocolate ganache and a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Chill before serving!
