Water | 60 | ml |
Honey | 10 | ml |
Frozen Raspberry | 80 | g |
Happy Barn Full Cream Milk | 100 | ml |
Ice cube, as needed |
STEPS:
- In a glass, mash the raspberry and honey together, then set aside.
- Sift the matcha into a mug or small bowl to get rid of any lumps.
- Pour in 2 ounces of hot water. Using a matcha whisk or a small regular whisk, start whisking from the bottom to dissolve the tea, then gradually whisk in an M or Z shape to fully blend the mixture.
- To assemble, add ice to the glass, then pour in the milk and matcha.
- Serve and enjoy!
