WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Matcha Powder 2 g
Water 60 ml
Honey 10 ml
Frozen Raspberry 80 g
Happy Barn Full Cream Milk 100 ml
Ice cube, as needed

STEPS:

  1. In a glass, mash the raspberry and honey together, then set aside.
  2. Sift the matcha into a mug or small bowl to get rid of any lumps.
  3. Pour in 2 ounces of hot water. Using a matcha whisk or a small regular whisk, start whisking from the bottom to dissolve the tea, then gradually whisk in an M or Z shape to fully blend the mixture.
  4. To assemble, add ice to the glass, then pour in the milk and matcha.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
