Caprese Salad

Caprese salad is a classic Italian salad filled with soft, creamy fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and a generous amount of basil leaves. This salad recipe is unbelievably easy and delicious - perfect as an appetizer or a side dish.

Just a tip: use the freshest ingredients as possible. You won't regret it ;)

Caprese Salad

Yield 2 Servings



Delizie Vesuviane Fresh Cows Milk Mozzarella, 1/4 inch thick slices 1 pc
Ripe tomatoes, 1/4 inch thick slices 3 pcs
Fresh Basil Leaves 10-15 pcs
To taste: Salt and pepper
For drizzling: Balsamic Glaze
For drizzling: Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil



  1. Alternately arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices on a platter, adding a basil leaf in between each slice. 
  2. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of the salad. Do the same with the olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
