WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
|Delizie Vesuviane Fresh Cows Milk Mozzarella, 1/4 inch thick slices||1||pc|
|Ripe tomatoes, 1/4 inch thick slices||3||pcs|
|Fresh Basil Leaves||10-15||pcs|
To taste: Salt and pepper
|For drizzling: Balsamic Glaze|
For drizzling: Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Alternately arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices on a platter, adding a basil leaf in between each slice.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of the salad. Do the same with the olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
