WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

| Delizie Vesuviane Fresh Cows Milk Mozzarella, 1/4 inch thick slices | 1 | pc |
| Ripe tomatoes, 1/4 inch thick slices | 3 | pcs |
| Fresh Basil Leaves | 10-15 | pcs |
| To taste: Salt and pepper | ||
| For drizzling: Balsamic Glaze | ||
| For drizzling: Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
STEPS:
- Alternately arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices on a platter, adding a basil leaf in between each slice.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of the salad. Do the same with the olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
