Cheesy Baked Tahong

Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cup
Euro Chef Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup
Fresh Mussels 20 pcs
Butter 100 g
Garlic, minced 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs 5 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup
For topping: Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese 1/5 cup
For topping: Euro Chef Cheddar Cheese 1/5 cup
For tasting: Salt & Pepper



  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  2. In a medium-sized sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter then add minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Add in the breadcrumbs and mix. Cook for 2 mins.
  4. Pour in the milk and stir continuously until the sauce starts to thicken.
  5. Add in the grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Season with salt & pepper.
  7. Arrange mussels in a baking tray.
  8. Using a spoon, fill each mussel shell with the sauce then top with grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  10. Serve while warm. Share and enjoy!
