STEPS:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 175°C (350°F).
- Carefully add the frozen fries to the hot oil and fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the fries from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate or wire rack to remove any excess oil.
- Transfer the fries to a serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese powder. Toss to coat evenly.
