Blueberry Panna Cotta

A simple yet sophisticated dessert to impress all your guests – this smooth and creamy Blueberry Panna Cotta comes with the added goodness of blueberry jam that is worth every bite!

Ingredients QTY UOM
Pascal RTU Panna Cotta
Blueberry 85 g
Lemon Juice 2 g
Sugar 20 g



For panna cotta:

  1. Pour Pascal RTU Panna Cotta in a pan, heat and pour into the appropriate molds/container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until it's firm and solid.

For blueberry jam:

  1. Add blueberries, sugar and lemon juice to a saucepan. Cook over medium/high heat until blueberry mixture comes into a boil.

  2. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to boil for 10 minutes; stir frequently.

  3. Towards the end of the cooking time, gently crush some of the blueberries with the back of the spoon.

  4. Once done, transfer the jam into a container and let it cool.

For assembling:

  1. Top the panna cotta with the blueberry jam

  2. Garnish with mint leaves and share with friends! Enjoy!
