Pascal RTU Panna Cotta | ||
Blueberry | 85 | g |
Lemon Juice | 2 | g |

STEPS:
For panna cotta:

Pour Pascal RTU Panna Cotta in a pan, heat and pour into the appropriate molds/container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until it's firm and solid.
For blueberry jam:

Add blueberries, sugar and lemon juice to a saucepan. Cook over medium/high heat until blueberry mixture comes into a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium and continue to boil for 10 minutes; stir frequently.

Towards the end of the cooking time, gently crush some of the blueberries with the back of the spoon.

Once done, transfer the jam into a container and let it cool.
For assembling:

Top the panna cotta with the blueberry jam
