| Chicken Powder | 1 | tsp |
| Paprika | 1 | tsp |
| Sugar | 1/2 | tsp |
| Black Pepper | 1/2 | tsp |
| Chicken Leg/Thigh | 8 | pcs |
| All Purpose Flour (as needed) | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 | tbsp |

STEPS:
- Pre-heat the deep fryer for 5-15 minutes or until it reaches 350oF.
- In a mixing bowl, combine: Lemon Pepper, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Oregano, Coriander, Chicken Powder, Paprika, Sugar, and Black Pepper.
- Rub the mixed spices on the chicken, and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and cornstarch.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mixture and beaten egg, then coat again with the flour mixture.
- Deep fry for 8-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
