Thinly Sliced Beef | 150 | grams |
Whole Kernel Corns | 35 | grams |
Spring Onions (as needed) | ||
Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese (as needed) | ||
Sauce: | ||
Oyster Sauce | 1 | tbsp |
Soy Sauce | 2 | tbsp |
Honey | 1 | tsp |
Black Pepper (to taste) |
STEPS:
- Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper in a bowl. set aside.
- Place the cooked rice in an oil-heated pan.
- Add the beef slices around the rice.
- Scatter the kernel corn and spring onions on top then add in butter.
- Add the sauce then mix it together.
- Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Turn off the heat after the cheese has melted.
- Top with spring onions and serve.
