Ingredients QTY UOM
Cooked Rice 100 grams
Thinly Sliced Beef 150 grams
Whole Kernel Corns 35 grams
Spring Onions (as needed)
Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese (as needed)
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tsp
Black Pepper (to taste)


  1. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper in a bowl. set aside.
  2. Place the cooked rice in an oil-heated pan.
  3. Add the beef slices around the rice.
  4. Scatter the kernel corn and spring onions on top then add in butter.
  5. Add the sauce then mix it together.
  6. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Turn off the heat after the cheese has melted.
  7. Top with spring onions and serve.
