WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Lori RIgatoni Pasta 150 g
Ground beef 100 g
Tomato Paste 50 g
Carrots, minced 1/2 cup
Onions, minced 1/2 cup
Celery, minced 1/2 cup
Fresh basil, chiffonade 2 tbsp
Organo, dried 2 tsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
As needed: water
As needed: parsley (chopped)
As needed: Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese

 

STEPS:

  1. Bring water and salt into a boil and cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. On a separate pan over medium high heat add oil and sauté the onions, celery, and carrots.
  3. Add tomato paste then season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cup of water then add the beef, and dried herbs.
  5. Once the beef is cooked add fresh basil, stir, then add the pasta and mix well.
  6. Transfer onto a plate and generously top with grated mozzarella.
  7. Torch the cheese until melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
