Ground beef | 100 | g |
Tomato Paste | 50 | g |
Carrots, minced | 1/2 | cup |
Onions, minced | 1/2 | cup |
Celery, minced | 1/2 | cup |
Fresh basil, chiffonade | 2 | tbsp |
Organo, dried | 2 | tsp |
Olive Oil | 2 | tbsp |

STEPS:
- Bring water and salt into a boil and cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- On a separate pan over medium high heat add oil and sauté the onions, celery, and carrots.
- Add tomato paste then season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Add 1 1/2 cup of water then add the beef, and dried herbs.
- Once the beef is cooked add fresh basil, stir, then add the pasta and mix well.
- Transfer onto a plate and generously top with grated mozzarella.
- Torch the cheese until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
