Sangria Sorbet

Sangria Sorbet is a unique twist on the classic sangria cocktail. Instead of serving it as a drink, it is transformed into a frozen dessert. The combination of sangria, fruits, and a touch of sweetness creates a refreshing and tangy flavor that is perfect for any occasion.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Lolailo Sangria Rose or any Sangria of your choice 1 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Lemon 1/2 piece
Mixed Frozen Berries 200 g

 

STEPS:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and transfer to the freezer until completely frozen, at least 3 hours.

  3. Scoop and serve with extra berries and mint leaves, to garnish.
