| Pascal Mascarpone Cream | 300 | g |
| Marini Ladyfingers | 1 | pack |
| Full Cream | 2 | cups |
| Ripe Mango, diced | 2 | pcs |
| For topping: Whipped Cream |
STEPS:
- In a mixing bowl pour 300ml of mascarpone. Whip mascarpone cream for 3 mins in high-speed or until fluffy. Set aside.
- Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the milk and layer them in the container. Spread a layer of the cream and add diced mangoes.
- Dip the remaining ladyfingers one by one and repeat the process.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
- Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and add more mangoes on top. Enjoy
