Mango Trifle is a delectable dessert that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the creaminess of mascarpone cream and the lightness of lady fingers. It's a true tropical delight that will transport your taste buds to paradise.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Pascal Mascarpone Cream 300 g
Marini Ladyfingers 1 pack
Full Cream 2 cups
Ripe Mango, diced 2 pcs
For topping: Whipped Cream

 

STEPS:

  1. In a mixing bowl pour 300ml of mascarpone. Whip mascarpone cream for 3 mins in high-speed or until fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the milk and layer them in the container. Spread a layer of the cream and add diced mangoes.
  3. Dip the remaining ladyfingers one by one and repeat the process. 
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
  5. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and add more mangoes on top. Enjoy
