Dolce Vita Fusilli Pasta 200 g
Sun dried tomatoes, sliced 3 pcs
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Anchovies 2 pcs
Mazza Green Pesto 3 tbsp
Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Burrata 1 piece
Lemon Zest
For garnish: basil
Salt and Pepper


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté anchovies and sundried tomatoes
  3. Add cooked pasta and pesto. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer pasta on a plate. Top with basil leaves and the burrata ball on the center.
  5. Zest lemon on top of the burrata ball and add pepper. Slice open the burrata ball. Enjoy
