| Sun dried tomatoes, sliced | 3 | pcs |

| Anchovies | 2 | pcs |
| Mazza Green Pesto | 3 | tbsp |
| Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Burrata | 1 | piece |
| Lemon Zest | ||
| For garnish: basil | ||

STEPS:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté anchovies and sundried tomatoes
- Add cooked pasta and pesto. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer pasta on a plate. Top with basil leaves and the burrata ball on the center.
- Zest lemon on top of the burrata ball and add pepper. Slice open the burrata ball. Enjoy
