WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
|Mazza Truffle Risotto||1/2||cup|
|Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced||150||g|
|As needed: salt & pepper|
|As needed: Parmesan Cheese|
- Saute onions, garlic, and mushroom over medium heat until softened.
- Add risotto rice and stir until rice grains is coated with oil.
- Pour in stock 1/4 cup at a time while continuously stirring. let it simmer and repeat the process until rice is al dente (can take up to 20 mins).
- Off heat, add butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and top with more parmesan cheese.
- Serve while warm. Enjoy!
