Summer isn't complete without enjoying a seafood pasta meal on a beachfront with white wine!
Linguine Vongole

Procedure:
- Cook your linguine for about 7 mins till al dente. Set aside.
- On a separate pan over medium heat, heat 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Add garlic and cook, until golden. Add red pepper flakes & cook for 15 mins.
- Add wine and clams & increase heat. Cook until clams open.
- Add 1/4 cup of pasta water and linguine. Cook & toss with the parsley until sauce is soaked up. Serve and drizzle with remaining extra virgin olive oil.
