WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Ingredients | QTY | UOM |
Pascal Ready to Use Mascarpone Cream | ||
Marini Ladyfingers | 10 | pcs |
Water | 1/2 | cup |
Matcha Syrup | 2 | tbsp |
As much needed: Matcha Powder |
STEPS:
-
In a mixing bowl, pour 500ml of mascarpone. Whip mascarpone cream for 3 mins in high-speed. Add in the matcha syrup and whip again for 2-3 mins or until fluffy. Set aside.
-
In a small bowl, combine the matcha powder with 1/2 cup of warm water. Whisk until no lumps. Transfer this matcha mixture to a flat-bottomed container big enough for a ladyfinger cookie to lay flat.
-
Gather 1 pack of ladyfingers. One at a time, quickly dip a ladyfinger into the matcha mixture until soaked but not soggy; use a pair of tongs to flip it over to soak the other side. Then, place it on the bottom of the baking dish. Repeat process until you've filled the baking dish.
-
Spread mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers in an even layer. Smooth out the surface using a silicone spatula.
- Create a second layer, dipping the remaining ladyfingers in the matcha mixture and placing them on top of the mascarpone cream. After layering, spread again with the remaining cream and smooth out the top. Repeat process until baking dish is full.
- Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap placed directly on the surface of the cream to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate baking dish for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
-
Before serving, dust tiramisu with matcha powder. Enjoy!
