Miso Caramel  40 ml
Pristine Whipping Topping  70 ml
Happy Barn Full Cream Milk 15 ml
Miso Caramel Milk:

Miso Caramel  30 ml 
Happy Barn Full Cream Milk 150 ml


STEPS:
1. Prepare the Miso Caramel Cloud:
Pour the miso caramel, whipping cream, and a splash of milk into a container. Froth until the cream doubles in volume. Set aside.

2. Prepare the milk base:
In a glass, add miso caramel and adjust to taste. Pour in the milk and stir until the miso caramel is fully dissolved. Add ice.

3. Assemble:
Gently pour the espresso shot over the milk.

4. Finish:
Top with the Miso Caramel Cloud and enjoy!
