One Pot Creamy Chicken Gnocchi

For Gnocchi:

 Ingredients QTY UOM
Mazza Potato Gnocchi 1 pack
As needed: Salt
As needed: Water


For the chicken:

 Ingredients QTY UOM
Chicken thigh fillet 500 g
As needed: salt & pepper
As needed: Mazza Pomace Olive Oil  

For the sauce:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Head broccoli, cut into florets, blanched 1/2 head
Chives, chopped 1 tbsp
Onions, chopped 1/4 cup
Garlic, chopped 1 tbsp
Pigiato White Cooking Wine 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Chicken Stock 1/2 cup
Gran Cucina Cooking Cream 1/2 cup
As needed: salt & pepper


  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. Pan fry chicken thighs until cooked; set aside.
  3. On a deep skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute onions and garlic until softened. 
  4. Add in the flour and thyme leaves. Cook until it forms into a paste like consistency.
  5. Add in white cooking wine and chicken stock. Simmer until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the chicken back into the skillet. Pour in the cream and mix well.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and cooked gnocchi. Mix until well combined.
  8. Add in the chives and broccoli.
  9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
