For Gnocchi:

For the chicken:

Chicken thigh fillet | 500 | g |

For the sauce:

Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan Cheese | 1/4 | cup |
Butter | 3 | tbsp |
Head broccoli, cut into florets, blanched | 1/2 | head |
Chives, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
Onions, chopped | 1/4 | cup |
Garlic, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
Pigiato White Cooking Wine | 1/4 | cup |
All purpose flour | 3 | tbsp |
Thyme | 1 | tsp |
Chicken Stock | 1/2 | cup |
Gran Cucina Cooking Cream | 1/2 | cup |
As needed: salt & pepper |
STEPS:
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Pan fry chicken thighs until cooked; set aside.
- On a deep skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute onions and garlic until softened.
- Add in the flour and thyme leaves. Cook until it forms into a paste like consistency.
- Add in white cooking wine and chicken stock. Simmer until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken back into the skillet. Pour in the cream and mix well.
- Add parmesan cheese and cooked gnocchi. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the chives and broccoli.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
