Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup
Dolce Vita Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp
Mazza Green Pesto
2 tbsp
basil leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp
Dolce Vita Sundried Tomatoes 2 tbsp
Dolce Vita Black Olives, chopped
2 tbsp
Garlic, grated
1 clove
Salt, to taste 1/4 tsp
Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Crusty bread (e.g., baguette), for dipping

 

STEPS:


1. In a shallow bowl, add the olive oil and drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top.

2. Add in the green pesto, chopped sundried tomatoes, grated garlic, olives, and parmesan cheese.

3. Taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed.

4. Stir well so all the ingredients are combined and serve alongside fresh crusty warm bread.
