| Strawberry Syrup | 15 | ml |
| Pristine Classic Whip Topping | 70 | ml |
| Happy Barn Full Cream Milk | 10 | ml |
STEPS:
Make the Cold Foam:
1. In a a glass using milk frother, combine 70 ml whip topping, 10 ml milk, and 15 ml strawberry syrup.
2. Whip until the mixture doubles in size and remains pourable (not stiff).
Prepare the Drink:
1. In a serving glass, pour 15 ml strawberry syrup.
2. Add ice and then 150 ml Happy Barn milk.
3. Slowly pour 2 shots of espresso over the milk to create a layered effect.
Top with Foam:
1. Spoon or pour the prepared strawberry cold foam on top.
2. Serve Immediately and enjoy your Strawberry Cloud Latte.
