Flour Tortilla

STEPS:

  1. Place a piece of flour tortilla on a board or on a plate. Spread pesto spreading on top.

  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cover it with another piece of flour tortilla.

  3. Heat pan or skillet on medium high heat. Toast one side for about 2-3 mins.

  4. Flip and toast the other side until the mozzarella cheese has melted.

  5. Cut into four. Serve while warm!
