WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
UBE-COCONUT COLD FOAM
Coconut Milk 15 ml
Pristine Whipping Cream 15 ml
Ube Flavoring 3 drops
LATTE
Espresso 1-2 shot
Brown sugar, to taste
Ice, as needed
Happy Barn Milk, as needed
GLASS RIM
Chocolate Spread
Toasted coconut (latik or desiccated coconut)
TOPPINGS
Whipped Cream, swirl
Condensed milk, drizzle

 

STEPS:

  1. In a glass, create a cold foam by whipping coconut milk, whipping cream, and ube flavoring. Set aside.

  2. In a separate glass, dip the glass into chocolate spread, then roll into Latik or Desiccated Coconut.

  3. In the same glass, add espresso shot, brown sugar, and stir to combine. Then add in the ice.

  4. Pour milk, leaving ⅓ space above for the ube-coconut foam. Topped with whipping cream, then drizzled with condensed milk.

  5. Serve and enjoy Puto Bumbong Latte this holiday season!
