WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Pristine Whipping Cream
500 ml
Condensed milk 300 ml
Mazza Pistachio Cream (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Melted chocolate
Chopped pistachios


STEPS:

1. Whip the cream until medium peaks form, then set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, pistachio cream, and salt until well combined.

3. Gently fold the condensed milk–pistachio mixture into the whipped cream. Transfer the mixture into a food container and cover.

4. Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.

5. Scoop into a bowl and top with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios, or your choice of toppings.
