| LAPED Quick Fondant | 100 | g |
| butter, room temperature | 200 | g |
STEPS:
Filling

Preheat the oven at 160 °C.

In an electric stand mixer combine Quick Fondant and butter.

Beat at maximum speed for about five minutes until creamy. Transfer in a piping bag with a star tip.
Red Velvet Cookies

Using an electric stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment cream together butter, granulated sugar until combined.

Add the egg one at a time, buttermilk, sour cream and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient, Once mixed, add in the food coloring. Mix until well combined. (Do not over mix)

Transfer the doubt in a piping bag with a star tip.

In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pipe the dough 2 inches apart.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Let cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Once cooled, pipe the butter cream filling.

Serve and enjoy with your favorite cup of coffee or warm milk.
