INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute garlic, chili flakes and anchovies in olive oil over low heat until fragrant.
- Add capers, olives and saute for 30 seconds.
- Toss in pasta, pepper and fresh herb.
- Plate pasta and top with grated parmesan.
