Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Anchovies

Mazza Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mazza Anchovies

fillets

Dolce Vita Capers

Dolce Vita Black Pitted Olive, sliced

1/4

cup

Fresh Basil or parsley, chopped

Garlic, sliced

AS NEEDED: Chilli flakes

 

 

AS NEEDED: Parmesan cheese, grated

 

 

TO TASTE: Pepper, freshly ground

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Saute garlic, chili flakes and anchovies in olive oil over low heat until fragrant. 
  2. Add capers, olives and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. Toss in pasta, pepper and fresh herb.
  4. Plate pasta and top with grated parmesan.
