Pascal Ready to Use Mascarpone Cream 1L 500 grams
Marini Ladyfingers  12 pcs
Strawberry Coulis/Jam 1 1/2 cups
Fresh Strawberry 6 pcs

 

STEPS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the chilled mascarpone until soft peaks form using a hand mixer or whisk. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the ladyfingers: Pour the strawberry coulis or jam into a shallow dish. Dip each ladyfinger into the coulis, ensuring they absorb enough but do not become too soggy.

  3. Assemble the tiramisu: In a serving dish, arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers. Spread a layer of whipped mascarpone on top. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a mascarpone layer.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Once chilled, spread a final layer of strawberry coulis over the top. Garnish with whole fresh strawberries.

  5. Chill further before serving for the best texture and flavor. Enjoy!
