WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Ice, as needed

Happy Barn Milk, as needed

Espresso 2 shots
Mascarpone Cold Foam:

Pascal Mascarpone 2 tbsp
Pristine Whipping Cream 1 tbsp
Happy Barn Milk 1 tbsp
Toppings:
Cocoa powder, dust

Marini Lady Finger 1 pc

 

STEPS:

  1. Prepare the Mascarpone Cold Foam by whisking Mascarpone, Whipping Cream, and Milk. Whisk until it is well incorporated or until it reached it’s foamy texture

  2. In a glass, fill with ice.

  3. Pour in the cold milk.

  4. Slowly pour the espresso on top to create a layered effect.

  5. Pour over the Mascarpone Mixture, then dust with cocoa powder.

  6. Serve with lady fingers.
