Mazza Gnocchi | 1 | pack |
Bacon (chopped) | 1/3 | cup |
Garlic (chopped) | 2 | tbsp |
Cherry Tomatoes | 200 | g |
Heavy Cream | 1/2 | cup |
Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Burrata | ||
As much need: basil (chiffonade) | ||
As much needed: Pasta Water |
STEPS:
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, render bacon and add in the garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stir occasionally until tomatoes are soft.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and toss continuously until sauce is thickened and glossy. Add basil leaves (reserve some for garnish).
- Break the burrata ball into pieces and add it on top of the pasta. Remove skillet from heat and garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
