Tomato Cream Gnocchi with Burrata

Mazza Gnocchi pack
Bacon (chopped) 1/3 cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Cherry Tomatoes 200 g
Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Burrata
As much need: basil (chiffonade)
As much needed: Pasta Water


  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, render bacon and add in the garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stir occasionally until tomatoes are soft. 
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and toss continuously until sauce is thickened and glossy. Add basil leaves (reserve some for garnish).
  6. Break the burrata ball into pieces and add it on top of the pasta. Remove skillet from heat and garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
  7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
