Pascal RTU Mascarpone Cream | 400 | g |
Espresso | 60 | g |
Water | 60 | g |
White Sugar | 15 | g |
Marini Lady Fingers | 16 | piece |
STEPS:
- In a mixing bowl, pour 400g chilled mascarpone.
- Whip mascarpone cream for 3 mins in high-speed or until fluffy. Set aside.
- Combine the espresso, water, and sugar in a container. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the coffee mixture and layer them in the tray. Spread a layer of cream.
- Dip the remaining ladyfingers one by one and repeat the process.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
