Classic Tiramisu

This classic tiramisu recipe is rich, creamy, and light all at the same time. Made with dreamy layers of Pascal RTU Mascarpone Cream, coffee soaked lady fingers and a healthy dusting of cocoa powder, this tiramisu is perfect for your next date night!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Pascal  RTU Mascarpone Cream 400 g
Espresso 60 g
Water 60 g
White Sugar 15 g
Marini Lady Fingers 16 piece

STEPS:

  1.  In a mixing bowl, pour 400g chilled mascarpone. 
  2. Whip mascarpone cream for 3 mins in high-speed or until fluffy. Set aside.
  3. Combine the espresso, water, and sugar in a container. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the coffee mixture and layer them in the tray. Spread a layer of cream.
  5. Dip the remaining ladyfingers one by one and repeat the process.
  6. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
