Dolce Vita Fettuccine Pasta | 100 | g |
Chicken Breast Fillet (seasoned with salt & pepper) | 1 | piece |
Olive Oil | ||
White onion (chopped) | 1/2 | tbsp |
Garlic (minced) | 1 | tsp |
Chicken Stock | 1 | cup |
Heavy Cream | 1/2 | cup |
Mazza Truffle Salsa | 1 | tbsp |
Butter | 1 | tbsp |
Parsley | ||
Grated Parmesan Cheese |
STEPS:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken breast fillet. On the other side of the pan, sauté onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken stock and season with salt. Simmer for 2-3 mins
- Stir in the cream and simmer for another 2 mins. Remove the chicken breast from the pan and transfer onto a plate
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until noodles are coated with the sauce.
- Remove skillet from heat. Add in the truffle salsa, parsley, and butter and toss.
- Transfer cooked pasta to serving plate together with the chicken. Top the pasta with more sauce, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley.
- Serve.
