Chicken Truffle Pasta


A simple but tasty valentine's day recipe - Chicken Truffle Pasta is a luxurious dish to die for! The pasta is creamy, rich and earthy - you would never guess that it would only take 45 minutes to make. Buon appetito!

Ingredients QTY UOM
Dolce Vita Fettuccine Pasta 100 g
Chicken Breast Fillet (seasoned with salt & pepper) 1 piece
Olive Oil
White onion (chopped) 1/2 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
Mazza Truffle Salsa 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Grated Parmesan Cheese



  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken breast fillet. On the other side of the pan, sauté onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant. 
  3. Pour in the chicken stock and season with salt. Simmer for 2-3 mins
  4. Stir in the cream and simmer for another 2 mins. Remove the chicken breast from the pan and transfer onto a plate
  5. Add the cooked pasta and toss until noodles are coated with the sauce. 
  6. Remove skillet from heat. Add in the truffle salsa, parsley, and butter and toss. 
  7. Transfer cooked pasta to serving plate together with the chicken. Top the pasta with more sauce, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley.
  8. Serve.
