Here's a fail-proof way of cooking truffle pasta!

Procedure:
1. Cook your Dolce Vita Linguine Pasta in hot water for about 5 mins and set aside. Remember to put some salt in the water.
2 Pour the Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the onion for around 3 mins
3. Pour in your cooking cream and Mazza Truffle Salsa and give it a good mix.
4. Put in the water and let it reduce for a few mins.
5. Season with salt and pepper to your liking then add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
6. To give the dish more aroma, add a splash of Mazza Black Truffle in Extra Virgin Oil and give it a good mix.
