Dolce Vita Spaghetti. Cooked til al dente

Adobo sauce

cup

Salt and pepper

 

to taste

Basil, chiffonade

1/8

Butter

Fried garlic chips

Optional: Chili flakes

1/2 tbsp

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pan over low heat, sauté garlic, and red pepper pimentos in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add in half of the adobo flakes, and sun-dried tomato.
  3. Toss in spaghetti and adobo sauce.
  4. Adjust seasoning, toss in basil, butter and chili flakes.
  5. Plate and top with parmesan cheese, rest of adobo flakes, basil and garlic chips. Enjoy while hot!
