| Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 2 | tbsp |
| Garlic, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
| Onions, chopped | 2 | tbsp |
| Gran Cucina cooking cream | 1 1/2 | cup |
| Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped | 1/4 | cup |
| Butter | 1 | tbsp |
| Parsley, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
| Mazza White Truffle in Sunflower Oil | 1 | tbsp |
| Salt & Pepper | To taste | |
| Grated Parmesan Cheese | As needed |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic and onions in olive oil until fragrant
- Add cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in shiitake and spaghetti; cook until cream simmers.
- Finish pasta with butter, transfer into desired serving platter and top with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
