 INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UOM
Spaghetti 150 g
Water 3 L
Salt 2 tsp
Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic, chopped 1 tbsp
Onions, chopped 2 tbsp
Gran Cucina cooking cream 1 1/2 cup
Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped 1/4 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp
Mazza White Truffle in Sunflower Oil 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper To taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese As needed

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté garlic and onions in olive oil until fragrant
  3. Add cream, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss in shiitake and spaghetti; cook until cream simmers.
  5. Finish pasta with butter, transfer into desired serving platter and top with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
