Mazza Potato Gnocchi 500g 1 pack
Mazza Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Guanciale 100 g
Egg 2 pcs
Egg yolk 2 pcs
Parmesan Cheese 1/3 cup
Pecorino Romano 1/3 cup
TO TASTE: Freshly grounded black pepper



  1. Boil gnocchi for 2 minutes in salted water.
  2. Meanwhile in a pan, brown guanciale in olive oil. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl mix eggs, yolks, cheese and pepper.
  4. Once gnocchi is cooked, toss gnocchi in the pan with guanciale until one side is browned.
  5. Off heat, add the egg and cheese mixture and stir until sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. Transfer into a plate, top with crisp guanciale and more cheese.
