| Constarch | 10 | grams |

STEPS:
1. Line a 6-inch pan with baking paper (let it overhang)
2. Beat cream cheese until completely smooth, then add sugar
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed only
4. Pour in cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix gently
5. Sift in cornstarch (if using) and combine
6. Strain batter for extra smooth texture
7. Bake at 210°C for 25–30 minutes
Center should still be very jiggly
8. Cool at room temperature, then chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
