Cacio e Pepe, literally means "cheese and pepper", is a simple yet flavorful recipe that only requires 4 ingredients - pasta, pecorino romano cheese, black pepper and salt. This dish is so easy to make and it is so good!

Dolce Vita Spaghetti 3 Pasta | 150 | g |
Ground Black Pepper | 2 | tsp |
Garlic Chili | 2 | tbsp |
Mazza Pecorino Romano Cheese | 50 | g |
As much needed: pasta water |
STEPS:

Cook pasta noodles 1 minute less than the packaging instructions; drain, reserving 3/4 cup pasta water.

On a medium sized bowl, add the garlic chili and grated pecorino. Mix until thick and well combined. Add in 2 tbsp of pasta water. Mix well and set a side.

Using a medium sized pan, toast the black pepper on low heat until fragrant.

Add in the remaining pasta water and bring to a simmer. Add in the pasta and toss.

Add in the garlic chili and pecorino mixture. Toss until the pasta noodles are well coated with the sauce.

Transfer onto a plate. Top with more garlic chili and finely grated pecorino. Serve warm. Enjoy!
