Nono's Inspired Truffle Cheese Wonton

Ingredients QTY UOM
Cream Cheese (softened) 1 cup
Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
Euro Chef Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1/4 cup
Wonton Wrapper 12 pieces
For sealing: water
For deep frying: oil
For assembling: Truffle Oil
For assembling: Truffle Honey
For assembling: walnuts (roughly chopped)


  1. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese.

  2. Add 1/2 tbsp of the cheese mixture onto the center of wonton wrapper.

  3. Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper and bring up each corner creating a star and seal tightly.

  4. Heat oil for deep-frying. Once oil is hot enough, deep fry your wontons until golden brown. Transfer wontons to a paper towel-lined plate or tray to remove excess oil.

  5. Assemble the wontons on a serving plate, then drizzle with truffle oil and honey. Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve.
