Pour Pascal UHT Panna Cotta into any glass container.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm and solid.

For the strawberry coulis: using a sauce-pan over medium heat, add in the frozen strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
*Simmer until jam like consistency. Transfer into a bowl and use stick blender to blend everything together. Pass it through a sieve for a finer consistency.
*To assemble: Once the Panna Cotta is firm, top with the strawberry coulis and mint leaves or garnish as you like it. Enjoy!
