| Delizie Vesuviane Fresh Cows Milk Mozzarella, 1/4 inch thick slices | 1 | pc |

| Cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters | 1/2 | cup |

STEPS:
- Put the sliced cherry tomatoes, in a medium size bowl
- Add the basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. stir to evenly coat the cherry tomatoes. Set aside and marinate for at least 5mins
- On one side of the toasted bread, layer the mozzarella slices. Top it with the cherry tomato slices and drizzle balsamic glaze before serving!
