Here is a fabulously quick way to make cheesy cauliflower steaks - a low carb side dish that will deliver in big taste!
CHEESY CAULIFLOWER STEAKS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
|Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan||3||tbsp|
|Cauliflower (medium sized, sliced into 3/4 inch thick)||1||head|
|Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)||1||cup|
|For garnish: parsley|
|To taste: salt & pepper|
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and grated parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Transfer the cauliflower slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the cauliflower slices with the mixture. Bake for 20 mins or until fork tender.
- Remove cauliflower slices from the oven and top with grated mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and golden brown. Transfer on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
