Crispy, crunchy smashed potatoes drizzled with Mazza Green Pesto. The perfect hearty snack, side dish or appetizer - so delicious, crunchy and satisfying! 

Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Green Pesto

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

Ingredients QTY UOM
Potatoes (washed and skinned in boiling water) 6 pcs
Salt
Mazza Green Pesto
As much needed: Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan Cheese

 

STEPS:

  1. Boil potatoes in a large pot for 20 mins or until fork tender.
  2. Once cooked, let potatoes cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 200C. Transfer cooked potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Smash the potatoes using the bottom of any glass. Season with salt and bake for 40 mins or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and top each potato with Mazza Green Pesto and grated parmesan cheese.
