Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Green Pesto

| Potatoes (washed and skinned in boiling water) | 6 | pcs |

| Mazza Green Pesto | ||
| As much needed: Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan Cheese |
STEPS:
- Boil potatoes in a large pot for 20 mins or until fork tender.
- Once cooked, let potatoes cool.
- Preheat oven to 200C. Transfer cooked potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Smash the potatoes using the bottom of any glass. Season with salt and bake for 40 mins or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and top each potato with Mazza Green Pesto and grated parmesan cheese.
