|Happy Barn Fresh Milk||1 1/2||cup|
|As needed: salt|
- In a medium size sauce pan over medium heat, add butter and melt. Whisk in the flour until smooth.
- Pour in the milk, stirring continuously, until mixture has thickened.
- Add in nutmeg and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add in the chopped jalapeno.
