| Happy Barn Fresh Milk | 1 1/2 | cup |
| Nutmeg | 1 | pinch |
| Jalapeño | 1 | tbsp |
| As needed: salt |

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium size sauce pan over medium heat, add butter and melt. Whisk in the flour until smooth.
- Pour in the milk, stirring continuously, until mixture has thickened.
- Add in nutmeg and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add in the chopped jalapeno.
- Serve warm.
