|Euro Chef String Cheese|
|Oil (for deep frying)|
- Arrange the lumpia filling and cheese on the center of the lumpia wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling. Tuck in both end.
- Seal with egg wash and then roll tightly to the edge of the wrapper to close.
- Fry in medium heat until color turns golden brown.
