STEPS:
- In a medium sized bowl, add sundried tomatoes, pesto, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- To assemble: Add stracciatella on a plate. place the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and green pesto mixture in the middle.
